Midwife Pregnancy Coach
Midwife Pregnancy Coach
You Found a Midwife. Now Let’s Talk About What That Can Mean for You — Even If You’re Not Planning a Home Birth.
If you landed here looking for a midwife in Denver, you already know something important about yourself: you want more than the standard eight-minute OB appointment. You want someone who truly knows pregnancy and birth, who will take the time to know you, and who will help you feel prepared, supported, and confident — not just managed.
That’s exactly what midwifery care offers. And it’s also exactly what I’ve built into my pregnancy coaching work at Loving My Pregnancy.
What Is a Midwife Pregnancy Coach?
I’m Liz, and I’ve spent nearly 30 years working alongside women as a nurse, midwife, and doula. A Midwife Pregnancy Coach is something you won’t find everywhere — it’s a midwife who takes her clinical expertise beyond the birth room and into a dedicated coaching and education relationship with you.
This isn’t a wellness coach with a passion for birth. This is nearly 30 years of clinical experience, sitting with you, focused entirely on your pregnancy, your questions, your fears, and your preparation.
Who Is This For?
Maybe you’ve decided to birth in a hospital but you want someone in your corner who actually understands what’s happening clinically. Maybe your OB is wonderful but your appointments feel rushed and you leave with more questions than answers. Maybe you’ve had a difficult pregnancy before and you are not going into this one unprepared.
Or maybe you just know yourself — and you know you’ll feel better with an expert guiding you every step of the way.
Pregnancy coaching is for the woman who refuses to just go along for the ride.
What We Work On Together
• Understanding your prenatal care — labs, tests, appointments, and what they actually mean
• Recognizing warning signs early and knowing when and how to advocate for yourself
• Building a birth plan your care team will take seriously
• Working through fears from a previous birth or pregnancy loss
• Preparing your mind and body for labor, whatever setting you’re birthing in
• Having someone with real clinical expertise available to you throughout your pregnancy
You Don’t Have to Choose Between Expert Care and the Birth You Want
Birthing in a hospital with a doctor you trust is a completely valid choice. What you don’t have to give up is the depth of support, preparation, and personalized attention that midwifery care is known for. That’s what coaching gives you — wherever you are, however you’re birthing.
